The shop lives up to its reputation. Completely overpriced and of questionable quality. Ain't no Uwes tomato but pretends to be. The answer to my criticism of the food was: Please go somewhere else in the future. I will do that. I pay a little more for the tomato, but the quality is way better
Only regular guests are well served, everyone else is allowed to wait and at some point they are treated with little friendliness.
We have been back at Firenze for a long time and loved it. Really delicious pizza and great pasta. Prices are high but price-performance ratio fits. Service was very nice. Since there are only a few pictures of the individual dishes in the ratings in Google Maps, here are a few typical dishes.
Great food and nice boss.
I ate really well again, menu very varied, very fine Italian restaurant,
you have to wait forever, incompetently and very little
Pizza makes you full, but with a pizza ham / mushrooms there are 5 pieces of ham that are about 2 euros in size, so up to now poor
Friendly welcome .. the food .. sea devil 35.-Euro a cheek .. never again
Excellent service. Very attentive and friendly. Good quality food. Highly recommended.
The food was very good and delicious
English speakers: the English menu offers different prices than the German menu. We were given an English menu (which we did not ask for as we can read German just fine). They use different words for the sizes of pizza between the two menus and so the prices do not correspond. We brought this to the owner's attention who kept showing us the German menu despite the fact we told him we ordered from the English menu. Showed him the words and prices. He didn't care and refused to honor the price of what we ordered. Great pizza, but we won't be coming back because the owner does not seem to care about HIS mistake on the menu. Call me a Karen of whatever you'd like, I just expect to pay for what I order. It is a simple concept in most places, but not here.
We felt like we were in Italy. Good minestrone, top pizza. Grazie Francesco. 👍👍
Best pizza in town! Top service!
Not recommended, quality not convincing, prices definitely excessive. Unfortunately disappointing. :-(
Great Pizza and different wines
Lasagne for 15 Eur was cold on the inside, was obviously not freshly prepared and was only pushed into the oven to warm it up (too short). Pasta was overcooked. Hopelessly overpriced prices can join the other reviews. We visited here several years ago, unfortunately this visit was a real disappointment after a long time. :-( Other Italians in KL probably offer a more favorable price-performance ratio, we will try there in the future. Pity!
Staff very unfriendly. Prices overpriced for the sometimes modest quality. No card is provided (allegedly because of Corona), the bad surprise then comes with the bill. Be sure to inquire about prices in advance.
Good reception and kind staff. Excellent cuisine. I highly recommend it
Great pizza, and really the tastiest tiramisu on earth. And really great staff. Known as a traditional house on site. The only downside: not exactly cheap. But it's really worth it.
As always, very nice and good. Deduction of a star only because of the prices, which correspond to a Michelin star level and are a little too high. But this does not detract from the encouragement, also thanks to Francesco.
Great service and the pizza and pasta are great!! Love going there everytime I in town
Delicious, pleasant ambience, good service at slightly higher prices. Can you treat yourself ;-)
Always cozy and excellent cuisine ..
A restaurant that has been the meeting place in the center for decades. The chef serves himself and his brother wields the wooden spoon with a great team very well. Great family business with great food and excellent wine. Specialties are the pizzas and the fish dishes. In season, the truffle dishes are highly recommended. A Ristorante, which is highly recommended.
You cant run a functional resturant with 25 tables with only two waitstaff. The food was good, the constant waiting was not.
Very nice italian food. Owner is typical italian interested in the customer happiness
Over 20 minutes to get a drink close to an hour to get our dinner Pizza had flavour but was not crispy my sister's very expensive fish had no flavour when we asked for the bill we waited over 20 minute s no bill ! At that point my sister got into it with the owner so that we could pay. I made a regretful choice never and I mean never again will I go there . A horrible experience.
An italian owned pizzeria serving frozen pizza? this happened on my first and last visit to this stablishment. It was for a late dinner and we were offered the menu, we requested pizza and the sizes were small (all three sizes were very similar) and the worst of it all ...FROZEN!! obviously , no wooden oven... I don't recommend it.
